Returns
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, there is a 10 day window after receiving your order to begin a return. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused, in the original condition that you received, and in the original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return
- Please fill out our Contact Us form within 10 days of receiving your item to request a return authorization. In the title section of the form please include the name 'Return Request' and the order or invoice number.
- Indicate the reason for doing a return in the comment section.
- Once a return request is received, it either approved or denied, if approved, the item(s) may then be shipped back.
- Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging.
- Include the original packing slip or order confirmation in the package.
- Ship the item to the address provided by our customer support team.
The customer will be responsible for paying any shipping costs involved in doing a return.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s).
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to return to the original form of payment.
Exchanges
We do not perform exchanges. The best way to acquire a different product or size is to simply place a new order for the item you want and then return the exchanged item using steps included in the return policy.
Non-Returnable Items
Worn/used products and items not within the originally received conditions are not eligible for a return or refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us by filling out our Contact form. Be advised that photos of damaged and defective product will be requested. We will work with you to replace the item or issue a refund.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account first. If the refund is not visible, contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If your refund was approved and has not been received please feel free to contact us.
Changes to this Policy
We reserve the right to modify this return and refund policy at any time. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon posting on our website.
