As a black-owned and operated streetwear brand, we proudly carry the name "Black" to reflect our community. Our name "Novelty," is a reflection of putting off of the old man becoming the new man that is in Christ. As we value creative expression, we ensure that all our work remains rooted to the source, which is Christ, and that what we produce be used for His glory. For Colossians 3:17 states "And whatsoever ye do in the word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the Father by him" (KJV). Whether it be through our designs, social media, or prayer for our customers we ensure that the Father remains connected and exalted.

"We are not a brand but a journey" encapsulates how our brand is in a constant state of learning and growth. We are growing in our walk with Christ while being guided by the Holy Spirit. Although we may be in one season right now, doesn't mean we will remain in that season in the near future. The path that we walk is rooted in faith and obedience to God's word.

We pray that our designs bring boldness to share the good news, edify, and exhort the community of young believers in Christ. We recognize that our garments are not eternal and will not last forever, but what will is His word and His Kingdom. In the time we have on this earth may we all strive to be a reflection of Christ, obedient to God's word, and teaching all nations to observe all things that Christ has commanded.
